📦 Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
🔁 Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours before shipping your order. After this window, changes aren't guaranteed—but you can still return your order for a full refund after receiving it.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Apple Pay.
🛠️ When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday–Friday, typically within 1-3 business days. Shipping begins the next business day. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale periods.
⏳ How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders usually arrive within 2–4 weeks depending on your location.
❌ What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days after shipment, you are eligible for a full refund. Just reach out to us.
